   »Monday to Friday, standard hours, report to Director ICT
   »Free onsite parking, free lunch provided, parking, hot lunches, up to $30/hour
Our client:
Our client has been established for over 100 years and has a strong tradition that sees Information technology provide results above the national average…set in a leafy suburb just south of the city, Information technology is a short walk from Remuera Train station, or has free parking onsite if you drive.
tasks:
   » Serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
   » Performing tier 1 issue support and troubleshooting through standard diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, in person or remotely
   » Provide basic training to users in correct and effective use of technology
   » The installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware, software, phones, and printers
   » Liaison with other Information technology staff where necessary to resolve issues
You:
   » You will be supporting a wide variety of systems, so practice with the following would be preferred: Apple (MacOS & iOS), Chromebooks, Windows 10, Office 365 & G-Suite. Please ensure this practice is on your CV if appropriate
   » You will also have some formal training/qualifications with some general Information technology practice
Offer:
   » You will receive up to $30/hour – ie neg up to this dependent on practice
   » Have access to free onsite parking
   » Hot free meals at lunch etc
   » Work with a small team of four, supporting approx. 400 users
   » A five month fixed term contract, may extend!
