The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining the quality standards of our products. Key Responsibilities: » Operating and monitoring machinery in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. » Conducting quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards. » Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency. » Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety and hygiene standards. » Reporting any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards immediately. Full training will be provided for the right applicant. This position for shift work. Four days/nights on and four days/nights off. All shifts are 12 hours. Requirement needed to be successful: -Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and physically fit. -Shift work. -Ability to follow instructions. -Pass a pre employment drug screen. -Must reside in NZ. -Right to work in NZ.
