Joining a highly skilled team you will be working through a backlog of customer enquiries, problem solving, and performing investigations, processing payments, managing suspense accounts and missing/misapplied payment queries. You will be performing different tasks across the payments function; Refunds, Reconciliations, Account Investigation, Processing Direct Debits and Credit Card Payments. The function operates between standard business hours, Monday – Friday and offers flexible working once training and induction are complete. practice with Siebel valuable but not necessary. About You: The function will see you operating in a high-volume, detail-orientated, environment. Ideally you will have: · Accounts Receivable background in high volume transactional environment in a large corporation · High levels of accuracy and attention to detail · Strong Computer & Excel expertise · Strong Reconciliation expertise · Positive, can –do attitude, not easily fazed · Good communication expertise – verbal and written Apply Now!
