To support this growth, we are adding a significant number of new frontline leadership abilities functions to drive operational excellence and increase support for our paid staff and volunteers. Each function will have a specific focus, and the team will work collaboratively to help shape the future of St John Emergency Ambulance Service. We are commencing the next phase of these changes and are recruiting for Watch Operations Managers, Group Operations Managers and Rural Support agents across New Zealand.
