The head office is located in Mt Manuganui and with Trainers across the country, this business is responsible for delivering training to workers in the utilities sector, infrastructure, and construction industries. The Job Due to growth this is a new function and addition to the learning design team. We need courses built that blend eLearning and classroom learning for trainees. The sole activity is to take content (created by the technical development specialists and subject matter experts) and create engaging training and assessment resources. It’s essential you’re material meets strict NZQA and ITO requirements and for the eLearning modules you’ll use Articulate 360 and photoshop. The Ideal Person We need you to be confident, competent and able to deliver without fuss. To do this you’ll be adept with the software or be super awesome with graphic design. You may have practice in adult education and ideally familiar with NZQA and ITO requirements – and of course a track record of designing engaging courses.
