The function

We are pursuing an practiced Contact Centre Team Leader to join this Wellington located contact centre. You will work alongside two other practiced Team Leaders and have support from highly practiced individuals from management to CSR's. Our client provide a variety of support to its customers - predominantly technical support with a customer focused approach. In this function you will be leading a new team of CSR's - performing all aspects of leadership abilities from rostering, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that KPIs are met.
