Customer Services (Manukau)Job location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Temporary » » » »Start asap to end of September »Interest in Education sector, onsite parking, modern building »$27/hour total (base + hol pay) Intro In the Education sector, you will contact with a wide variety of people as Marketing Lead Coordinator on the telephone, as there is a large database of leads to get back to in this busy market. Join an existing team and provide cover while one of the staff members is on a sabbatical; there will be plenty of training, support and a handover will be provided by the Manager and your three colleagues. » Ring leads from their CRM who have enquired via Facebook, website, google ads, etc. » Answer queries from leads and set up appointments or navigate towards applications » Respond to incoming enquiries via the enrolment line » Give feedback on lead quality » Lgain the enrolment process and eligibility criteria » Understand the programmes offerred to be able to efficiently answer queries You » Telesales (all warm leads) or Customer service call centre background » Great ph manner, expertise of CRM systems and process/target orientated » NZ schooling and any Level 3 or 4 Certificate from a Tertiary Provider » Be able to understand and work on a CRM system » Manage leads and convert into appointments or applications Offer » First and foremost, a wonderful team, who are a great support to each other, ie really warm people, caring, all with a bright sense of humor » Training in this sector » Hours flexible ie 8.30am to 4.00pm, or 9am to 5pm » Manukau, onsite parking, near motorways » Modern refit in building, lovely lunchroom, fruit bowl etc, great industry – makes a difference » Total rate $27/hour (Base plus holiday pay), must be able to commit to dates ie up until end of September, may extend Please email your CV ASAP to Sue by clicking “Apply”.
