HR AdvisorJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Contract » » » »Wellington CBD »7 Month Fixed Term »Flexi WFH The function • We are seeking for a generalist who has had practice in a range of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, wellbeing), and is comfortable with holding the senior leaders accountable. • Lot of room to develop and implement new ideas and see them through. tasks • Provide day to day support and guidance to the coordinator • Work with wider team to identify capcapability, needs and opportunities • Lead development of policies and procedures • Manage Recruitment rounds and inductions • Support people Managers • Undertakes other tasks as determined by Business Manager expertise & practice • 3-5 Years’ practice in a HR Advisor function • Exceptional organisational expertise • capability to meet deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication expertise • The function is also responsible for a growing Australian office located in Melbourne, so having some knowledge or knowledge of Australian legislation would be a great asset!
