Every week our client financially helps hundreds of people during their time of need. Our client lives by the values of passion, integrity, collaboration, respect and professionalism. Our client understands that, every once in a while, you find yourself in financial trouble and you need a solution to get you through.

The function

Your working hours will be - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm The dream applicant will have strong customer service practice and incredible attention to detail. Accurate data entry expertise are essential. Key strengths will be having the confidence to give constructive feedback to colleagues whilst being diplomatic and patient. Using empathy and knowledge during hard conversations is part of the function but being able to stay strong with your decision is also required. On top of this, extremely high standards of customer service skill over the phone is critical, as well as professionalism and respect while remaining positive. Friendliness will be at the forefront of every call. The technical expertise needed are a strong knowledge of technology, clear communication on the phone, magnificent customer service expertise, confidence to have hard conversations and be able to multi task in a high speed and pressured environment.
