They are sizable in staff and their projects can vary between new commercial builds such as industrial warehouses, apartments, major refurbishments, education, seismic strengthening, and mixed use commercial. The function: You will be working with a senior QS being supported across several projects. This would include estimating for contracts, letting subcontracts and being responsible for the financial performance of the contract. Also programming and managing the programme of works. Your background: As an applicant you will come from a strong quantity surveying background and have at least 1 -3 + years' practice worked on commercial projects with appropriate quantity surveying qualifications. You have practice across the estimation and quantity surveying function. You have great people expertise and are well organized.
