We are seeking for an practiced Senior Advisor able to work with and through others to lead projects across our diverse and ambitious work programme. This is an opportunity to develop operational policy advice and design and deliver interventions to influence change at a system level and to contribute to high-profile projects that fit your expertise and interests. You will have strong interpersonal and relationship building expertise with practice in working in partnership with others and excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, with the capability to present complex matters simply. In this function you will be supporting implementation of public service reform, including to nurture the spirit of service that public servants bring to their work and supporting agencies to uphold public service principles and values. We do this in a number of ways and you could be working on things like: » supporting agencies to ensure high standards of conduct and integrity » supporting the development and implementation of open government initiatives, including the Open Government Partnership National Action plans » providing high-quality advice on a broad range of integrity, active citizenship and open government matters » delivering an awards and recognition programme for the public sector.
