This role will focus on acquiring new property owners, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. The Sales Manager will play a key role in onboarding new clients and expanding our presence in Auckland. The accurate collection of new property and owner details and assisting with the entry in Re-Lease of new properties and owners. Design and implementation of annual marketing plan in conjunction with HiAtlas Ltd. Preparation of advertising material including newspaper advertising, web advertising and flyers. Reviewing of marketing strategies in a timely manner and recommending variations. All employees should have personal attributes of professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness in all dealings with Customers and Clients alike.
