Case Managers play a vital function in our communities.
As a Case Manager, every day is busy and demanding but very compensateing as your work will have a significant impact on people’s lives. As part of one of our teams, you will work alongside clients to provide support to help improve their lives and enable them to move into employment and other development opportunities, provide earnings support, and housing supports as needed.

About you
Your welcoming approach, Man?akitanga and excellent communication expertise will enable you to establish a rapport and get to know and understand how best to support our clients as you work with them to support the achievement of their goals.
We are seeking for someone who is focused on achievement and can practically help others to access job opportunities, training and development, education programmes and work practice because they understand the labour market, employment and career advisory.
You'll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and relationship management expertise to the function. You'll be comfortable navigating your way around computer systems and enjoy finding solutions to problems. You are curious and like to uncover details, enjoy analysing an issue and using good judgement to deal with a problem.
If you are focused on achievement and can practically help others to set goals and discover their potential, you will enjoy the challenges and teamwork within our Service Centres.
You will be well-organised, have good listening expertise and an empathic and a non-judgmental approach to serving others.

The remuneration for this function starts at $61,734 per annum dependent on significant expertise, practice and other factors.
