The function is fast paced and varied so We are seeking for someone who learns quickly and can adapt to their environment! There is plenty of flexibility around working in the house and ample parking available on site. tasks • Applies Level 1 technical support services to fulfil business requirements • Delivers Level 1 support services as per documented processes and procedures • Addresses escalations in a professional and acceptable manner and provides feedback as Information technology becomes available. • Establishes and maintains a professional customer-focused service delivery culture • Supports and participates in the development and maintenance of a high performing team • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all individuals and groups impacting on the position, both internally and externally. • Working rostered shifts expertise & practice • Must have a full NZ driving licence • Must be a NZ or Australian citizen • Police security clearance • Must have practice within a customer service-located function.
