The function will be accountable for a team (up to 12 FTE) that will integrate with the Regional Offices and provide additional assurance on the Ministry's frontline regulatory, compliance, monitoring and evaluation skills. Ideally you will have: • Proven expertise of regulatory systems and compliance management, including interpreting complex technical regulations, compliance and governance • Proven expertise of risk management principles and practices, including investigations management or auditing risk management • 5-10 years managerial practice, leading nationwide teams, with capability to lead, motivate, supervise and coach individual staff members according to their abilities.
