Programme Coordinator – Corporate Workstream – 6-months hourly located contract:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury.As a Programme Coordinator you will be working closely with the Programme Manager and project teams to provide support and Programme Coordination. In this function you will also be responsible for administrative tasks, which includes meeting attendance, reporting, minute taking and all other secretariat tasks. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » practice in managing both project and programme finances » Governance practice (Collating board papers and minute taking) » practice with status reporting and dashboards » capability to supervise risks and issues » Proficient in project management tools and methodology » An capability to manage multiple stakeholder’s needs » Strong initiative, communication and relationship-building expertise » Proactive and excellent time management when working under pressure Applications will run through to Tuesday, 9 March 2021 , but please note that if an ideal candidate is found during this time we may move forward with pre-screening and interviewing.
