About the opportunity:

This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated and energetic people-oriented professional to join our Dunedin branch! As a Recruitment Consultant, you will enjoy the challenge of running a 360-degree desk in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing clients and candidates and ensuring all parts of the recruitment equation are considered.

Driving your desk for success will be vital - you will take on an established client base from day one, and as the successful candidate you will be effective in managing key accounts and delivering their recruitment requirements from end to end. The desk will be responsible for servicing clients in the manufacturing and industrial industries.

While recruitment is not a 9 to 5 role, it is certainly a way of life. Your passion for meeting people from all walks will be high on your priority list. You may be a seasoned recruiter or an industry specialist in the manufacturing or industrial sector, above all we are looking for commitment and enthusiasm.

Being passionate to help others and focused on driving long term mutually beneficial relationships will help you in the role too. With a strong focus on account management, candidate development, placement and of course post-placement care.

We're looking for someone who can:
   » Own the end to end recruitment process
   » Seek, establish and maintain effective client relationships through personal visits and core client cycles
   » Conduct effective job briefings and needs analysis with clients to match them with the best possible talent for their requirements
   » Ensure that candidates receive outstanding care at all times
