All candidates need to be physically fit and motivated We will be picking cherries, apricots and peaches and this will involve some ladder work. A fear of heights would be a disadvantage. Great working conditions with a friendly team and full training provided Work Period: Start first week in January 2023 Stonefruit harvest will finish in February. There is opportunity for further work from February until June in an Export Apple Packhouse nearby. Our orchard is situated in Roxburgh East, 4 ks from Roxburgh township which is halfway between Queenstown and Dunedin on State Highway 8. Roxburgh is a small picturesque town with a 7 day supermarket, Entertainment Centre, cafes and shops. Roxburgh Gorge and Clutha Gold scenic cycle trails are nearby. We have a campsite on orchard with good facilities. Showers/Toilets/Kitchen and lounge area. appropriate for anyone with a campervan/sleeping van or tent.
