The function This is a leadership abilities function where you’ll be responsible for managing a small group. The purpose of this position is to provide operational leadership abilities for the management, mentoring and training of a team. To build and maintain a happy, high performing team. Ensure that your staff are current in their knowledge in legislation and training is available to keep pace with best practice. In this function you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and engage in customer complaints and enquiries advanced support, ensuring sound problem-solving and effective risk management. expertise & practice • practice in leadership abilities and management. • Degree in related field and /or demonstrated equivalent qualification or practice. • capability to form effective relationship management expertise with the capability to build and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all customers and stakeholders. • practice interpersonal expertise with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and availability to and capcapability for working with a wide variety of people within and outside the organization. • capability to lead and manage investigations or knowledge of investigative practice. • Demonstrated effective expertise and practice leading and developing a team to achieve agreed goals and results. • Effective time management expertise • High skill-level in using Microsoft suite and capability to lgain new systems and processes such as Promapp What’s on Offer?
