Although this is mainly a management function, when needed, you will need to put your hand and join in production to help with demand and/or sickness when required. - Managing and supervising a small team of 4 in the manufacturing and production division - Reporting and working with Department Manager - Service delivery, leadership abilities, quality control, workflow management This is a great function for someone who is looking to take their next step in there career. Having managed staff within a production/manufacturing environment is key, as leading by example is a must!
