We are seeking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to manage the delivery of our core programmes, and manage the day to day running of the Trust, ensuring we continue to provide unique performing arts practices for young people. With an updated strategic direction, this is an exciting opportunity to further your interest in youth arts by becoming involved with one of New Zealand's most innovative arts organisations. Information technology might be sparking an interest in students, supporting young people to jump into theatre appreciation, going deep into the technical aspects of production or working with playwrights to showcase their work. We have been delivering for nearly 30 years and understand our function in the sector. Our reach is both national, through our annual Y&H Schools Tour, and Wellington-located, through our Y&H Ambassadors and Y&H Playful programmes. Young and emerging creatives can access Y&H once, or use us as a pathway to a career in the sector. We also work closely with partners and others in the arts and education sectors to deliver an outstanding practice.
