Your main duties and responsibilities include: » Accurately estimate and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations » Prepare tenders, offers of service and contract documentation » Support the project management team with costing advice » Manage the procurement of subcontract and supplier packages » Preparation of monthly financial contract review process » Oversee the accurate pricing, agreement and processing of project variations all to meet the contract timelines. » Work with clients and their representatives to meet, and where appropriate anticipate and influence their needs To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes: » Knowledge of contractual obligations » At least 5-7 years previous experience in Quantity Surveying » Ability to plan, monitor and control cost » Excellent knowledge of construction materials » Disciplined and self motivated with a positive approach to work » Customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service » Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team » Effective time management skills This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business who are well respected in the Construction industry.
