Coming into a non-specialist function, you will recruit a mixed bag of positions all over your clients, in temporary, permanent and contract positions across varying industries, keeping everyday fresh and challenging. Plenty of variety and opportunity to not only grow your client base but diversify as a recruiter and keep things interesting. Kinetic has been around for decades and anyone looking to come into recruitment knows, established brands matter. Right now, the Kinetic consultants are at capacity, and they are loving it.
