adjunct Advisor,:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionHere at the Pacific Public Service Fale we have a great opportunity for an adjunct Advisor to support the team in the provision of our ambitious programme of HR, learning and development, and other support initiatives to our Pacific Public Service Commissioners.Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders. We are seeking for an adjunct Advisor to join the Pacific Public Service Fale for a 2 year fixed term. Our work involves serving and supporting sixteen Pacific Public Service Commissioners to achieve their goals and strengthen public services for their citizens. The adjunct Advisor will primarily support the HR and leadership abilities development function of the Fale, as well as wider Fale work programmes, to provide critical support to initiatives that assist Pacific Public Service Commissioners. These initiatives and responsibilities will include; coordinating the Pacific Fale Mentoring Programme, administering leadership abilities development courses, programmes, and certifications and other HR projects. You will also manage our programmes evaluation process and support other initiatives across the Fale. All while, contributing to the Public Service Fale culture and values, located on a strong interest in supporting the Pacific and using an knowledge of Pacific cultures, context, and practices, to ensure the Public Service Fale works humbly and respectfully with Pacific public servants.
