Their principal business takes their work to homes and businesses in Wellington, Porirua and Hutt Valley regions of New Zealand. About the function The function sits within the finance team but is not your everyday billing function as you are required to think outside the square and analyses complex queries. Our client’s team are a small, but supportive team who enjoy working hard. You will understand the importance of customer service and enjoy working within tight deadlines to get the job done! tasks • Prepare and process timely and accurate billing to customers Analyses and resolve any unbilled revenue for purpose of expediting billing • Provide skills in billing for both electricity traders and other customers • Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all customer enquiries Skills & practice • Previous billing/invoicing practice using contracts, tariffs/rates and other complex billing rules • Intermediate to advanced excel – comfortable reviewing and manipulating data • Soft Special Skills: hard working, friendly, approachable, team player This would be a great opportunity for an practiced Accounts Receivable Analyst looking for their next opportunity in a leading organization.
