We’re looking for a Clinical Quality Manager to join our Covid Clinical team and ensure we deliver high quality, clinically safe services to our service users.
About the function – Atu mo te mahi
Reporting to the Director Clinical Operations, this function will work closely with our Covid clinical leaders and team to ensure call quality reviews and coaching are carried out to high standard in line with company procedures.
Day to day includes the following:
   » Ensures that clinical coaching is provided to non-clinical and clinical frontline teams in Covid
   » Works closely with the Chief Clinical agent and ensures that definitions and processes align across clinical quality environments
   » Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of clinical call quality
   » Works collaboratively with the Quality Manager – COVID to ensure that clinical and non-clinical service quality measures and processes are aligned and address any clinical aspects of non-clinical call quality and service improvement as needed
About you – Pehea koe
We’re looking for a New Zealand Registered clinician with current a practicing certificate to join our team in this function. You will need to be confident in advising in a clinical quality capacity and have proven practice in a similar function.
You will also have the following:
   » New Zealand registered clinician with current practising certificate
   » Qualification/formal training in quality systems and quality improvement
   » At least two years’ practice (four years preferred) in management and/or training of continuous quality improvement in healthcare
   » Ideally, practice in contact centre services and systems
   » Ideally, practice in primary and secondary healthcare environments
