About the team As a business unit within the Te Kawa Mataaho, Public Service Commission, LDC is the primary delivery vehicle for system-wide leadership abilities development. The LDC is focused on developing consistent learning practices across the public service to build strong leadership abilities capabilities and encourage shared mindsets in our leaders. this function supports our delivery as well as planning and reporting processes.
