You will investigate violations, monitor the marketplace, develop and deliver education on compliance and good ethical behaviour, and enforce standards through well-publicised guidelines. Hours: Full time, flexible start and finish time Location: Mangere Bridge Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Benefits: Health insurance, annual discretionary bonus, discounts on high street brands, free products, study support, free parking nearby Responsibilities: » Uphold Member Compliance to the highest standard » Investigate all violations of the Member terms and conditions and communicate recommended course of action to all relevant parties » Respond promptly to alleged violations that are communicated by external parties » Proactively monitor for any possible Member violations in the marketplace » Develop and deliver Member education on compliance, best practice and good ethical behaviour via workshops, videos, PPT & supporting documents » Enforce standards through well publicised and distributed guidelines » Ensure all countries have up-to-date Terms and Conditions published as per Head Office guidelines but be country specific where required, understanding local legislation and DSA rulings » Continually evaluate and improve compliance practices » Maintain relationships with stakeholders Requirements: » Business degree » Knowledge of legal terminology and relevant government regulations » Experience in a similar role » Strong research, writing, and communication skills » Conflict resolution experience » Analytical and detail-oriented » Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment » Positive attitude If you have a passion for health and wellness, strong commercial acumen, and a desire to grow and develop, please apply today.
