We are seeking for a great customer service professional to join a local governmental agency in the heart of Wellington's CBD.
   »Start date - ASAP
   »6 month contract
   »20 hours a week - 7am - 11am OR 3pm - 7pm.
   »Monday - Friday
   »$25 ph + 8% holiday
   »Wellington CBD location

Support the public with your amazing customer service expertise, taking inquiries, and providing up-to-date information via phone, email, and social media streams.

The People
We are seeking for a candidate with strong customer service practice. Whether that is from contact centre, hospitality, retail or tourism that is seeking a new challenge within contact centre. No previous contact centre practice necessary - just an eagerness to learn, resilience and the capability to work in a team.

If you have studied Science, the Environment or Local Governance this could also be a great opportunity to start your career in an organisation with various career pathways.
