Job Opportunity: Apple Picking:Job description:Apple PickingPayment: Paid Position ($20.00 + 8% Holiday Pay*)Job location: Roxburgh, Central Otago Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 19/02/2021 Apple picking starting around the first week April for 2-3 weeks We have 1 position only available from the 10th of March for picking an earlier variety. Great working conditions in a positive team enviroment, No experiance required however having picking experiance will be to your advantage through this recruiting process. You will need to be comfortable on ladders whilest carrying an 18kg bag on your front for the entire day, yes this is hard work but just think of the 1000's of people your hard work will help feed :) The hours per week will be between 30-60 hours on average over a 2-3 week period, All going well this will be about 3 weeks work, working most days (weather permiting) Wage rates $20.00/hr or Contract rates of $65/bin (stem clipping) We are able to help with accomodation in a house or by way of tent sites with access to kitchen and bathroom facilites Wifi etc. A valid work visa, IRD number and New Zealand bank account is required. Camping site $12.50/night Rooms $15/night both subject to availcapability.
