We are seeking for a Facilities Management Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to join a sizable Facilities Management organisation!

located out of Trentham, you will be responsible for the management of a large contract, and subsequently leading the site operations team to ensure all plans, targets and service delivery objectives for that contract are met.

 Key Accountabilities include:
   »
   » Managing a team of approximately 30 people, with five direct reports
   »
   »
   » Responsibility for operational costs and overall site financial profitcapability to the company
   »
   »
   »
   » Responsibility for the site personnel, ensuring that service delivery and productivity
   »
   »
   »
   »
   » Identifying opportunities to implement new services and areas of improvement
   »
   »
   »
   »
   »
   » Create and maintain a strong team working environment
   »
   »
   »
   »
   »
   » Act as key company representative on site
   » Lead the team effort to meet all contract KPI's
expertise & practice:
   »
   » At least 5 years practice in a similar function
   »
   »
   »
   » Proven strong relationship management expertise
   »
   »
   »
   »
   »
   » capability to lead and manage multi-skilled teams
   »
   »
   »
   »
   » Trade qualification and/or general management qualification desirable
