A highly prosperous Tier 2 main commercial contractor respected within the Auckland construction industry is in a position to appoint a relationship focussed contracts manager to supervise the delivery of a number of projects currently underway and in planning, mainly in the $30M - $100M region.

Your function will involve:
   » Contracts Management including  ECI, pre construction, project planning and control
   » Preparation of tender programmes and methodologies
   » Programming jobs, resourcing and reporting
   » Staff management and training of project managers and site located teams
   » Relationship management and development of client and consultant relationships
   » Developing Subcontractor and Supplier relationships
The prosperous applicant will possess a significant tertiary qualification and/or trade qualification, previous leadership abilities practice, great interpersonal expertise and a thorough level of technical construction expertise including programming.

this function would suit an applicant in a commercial contractor environment who has particular strength in being able to identify and sort out problems quickly. Also, top financial management expertise are a must. this function could suit a senior project manager now looking for your next level of career advancement.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will be compensateed with an attractive income package, $200K - $230K + benefits. In addition, you will have the opportunity for further advancement within this contractor.
