This role can be based out of our Auckland office or within the region with the Waikato / Bay of Plenty region and will focus on managing and growing a high volume, high value, service sales portfolio. The role of this position is to deliver Service account excellence through selling the Service product range to new and existing customers across the New Zealand Central region. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer attraction, development and retention by developing a strong sales pipeline, efficient and effective sales negotiations and efficient, positive and proactive responses to all customer contact/requests To be successful in this role, you will display the following: » Service Sales experience with examples of recent successful sales growth » Customer focus with a view to long term customer retention and value » A result focus and growth mindset » Demonstrated commercial acumen » Ability to professionally & successfully execute sales negotiations, with a focus on mutual long-term partnership » Ability to initiate strategies to maximize sales & Customer satisfaction » Demonstrated speed and agility in effectively exceeding customer expectations » Excellent attention to detail » Strong internal communication and collaboration skills with a focus on solutions The desired qualifications / experience for the position are: » More than 3 years' experience in Account Management Sales. » Experience in building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships. » Ability to successfully execute in competitive tender situations, leveraging strong customer relationships » Potential to participate in strategic contract negotiations skills In return for your experience and skills you will be working with an outgoing and tight knit team who has an excellent reputation across New Zealand and to continue to grow with them in NZ.
