Adecco is currently on the lookout for a talented, Qualified Finance Administrator for a full-time permanent position based in Petone.

To work for this company, you will need to be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment, you will play an important part in ensuring this company meets its commitments to the highest of standards.

Qualifications
   » Qualified finance administrator - minimum two years' experience
   » Qualification in accounting is desirable
Systems experience
   » More than two years' experience in Technology One Finance Module
   » MS Office 365
Skills
   » Knowledge and experience in finance and accounts administration functions and accounting principles
   » Detail-oriented
   » Strict on deadlines
   » Can efficiently manage a fast-paced environment and large workload
   » Customer service focused - exceptional relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
   » Advanced Excel skills
   » Flexible, adaptable, proactive and open to change
   » Able to positively impact work and team culture
Tasks
   » Accounts payable and receivable processing, within policy timeframes and deadlines
   » Assisting with accounts related projects, within the scope of work
   » Create and distribute reconciliation reports
   » Ensure policies and procedures are followed for audit
   » Ensure purchase order related data is relevant and current in the system
   » Maintain international payment and supplier databases, as well as the master files for debtors and creditors
   » Maintain and balance accounts, preparing journals for adjustments
   » Manage contract claims (Buyer Created Tax Invoices)
   » Monitor and action debt collection
   » Manage retention data base (recording and releasing)
   » Prepare delegated financial authority letters
   » Prepare and journal month end accruals
   » Process staff expense claims, statement of claims and third-party reimbursements
   » Process weekly payment run
   » Provide general administration support
   » Reconcile cash banking, credit card transactions and payable aging report
   » Staff training
   » System testing
   » Take cash deposits to the bank
