The Job
As part of the business support team your main priority is to look after customers who have new technology project roll outs. You’ll also be responsible for day to day business support and customer service too.Your tasks will include:
   »  Liaising with clients to schedule their jobs, coordinate delivery of products, book the install team, follow up on service and delivery and generally ensure customers are happy.
   »  Admin and maintenance of the customer database.
   »  General customer service and support to all business customers, predominately phone and email located.
 
This is a full-time position, hours Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm. Due to head count this is going to be an continuing temporary position. We are seeking for someone reliable and long-term and expect this position could turn permanent in time.
 
The Ideal Person
To work well in this team you’ve got to have a can-do attitude, be an excellent coordinator and great communication expertise. A big part of the job is problem solving and thinking on your feet so a smart savvy administrator is key. The culture is, if mistakes are made, own it, lgain from Information technology and get on with it. We need people who aren’t precious, enjoy good banter in the office and be awesome team players.
