To support these efforts, we are seeking an individual to focus on Talent Development in our organisation. This 12-month fixed term role reports to the HR Director and will deliver on our local, regional and global strategic priorities related to the investment and development of our people. With exposure to our regional ANZ and APAC teams, you will be instrumental in the management of delivery of training, succession planning, career pathways and overall talent development. About You We are seeking an experienced and credible individual to partner with our business and coach and support managers and colleagues across the country to drive their capability in the recruitment industry.
