Ideally you will have a degree, and you will have some practice as a Researcher and/or Evaluator and have practical practice of running projects. You will be offered the opportunity to be involved with individuals and agencies within Government, and with M?ori communities, in order to deliver on research and evaluation that matters to both them and Te Taura Whiri. Working in a small team you will need to be adaptable and semi autonomous, but will have the benefit of guidance and oversight. Ideally you will have an knowledge of Tikanga and Te Reo M?ori. If not you will have a availability to learn.
