You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates on a volume scale for the civil construction sector to match your clients needs. The ideal candidate will come from a bluecollar recruitment background and be well connected and passionate about working with and providing opportunities for people within this industry. » located in Grafton this function is predominantly office located (with a view to offering some flexibility once you have settled into the function). » There are currently 2 Resourcers in the team and you will be joining the team leading by example and bringing your previous blue collar recruitment skills with you and then be involved in growing the team as the company hits their financial goals and expands further. » Hours: Mon - Fri with flexibility to work hours that work in with your talent pool - 40 hours a week About the team and function Purpose: » great culture working with people that are passionate about high industry standards, and love what they do!
