The function
The Education Lead will support the achievements of the Scheme’s strategic priorities, by designing and providing educational messaging, materials and information to participants, internal staff, and other key community stakeholders.
 
As part of your function, you will assess the need for any educational requirements about the Scheme and deliver a curriculum and instructional content, materials, resources, and processes that meet those needs and support regulatory compliance.
 
Responsibilities
   »  Deliver proactive education and engagement to ensure compliance with the Scheme
   »  Design and develop the education curriculum, with the aim to underpin occupational accreditation for Advisors engaged in the ETS
   »  Work closely alongside leaders to determine subject-priorities and deliver key expertise requirements
   »  Manage projects efficiently and to a high standard.
