They are currently seeking a skilled & versatile Electrician to join their Engineering & Maintenance team. Your New Role: Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the electrical & mechanical integrity of CentrePort's assets through effective maintenance and repair programs. In alignment with CentrePort's values of working together as one team, you will be working closely with the other trades completing maintenance work on a variety of machinery. This includes servicing of container cranes, heavy plant equipment and heavy machinery, pumps, controls as well as diagnosing breakdowns associated with other mechanical systems. What you'll need to succeed: » Fully qualified with EWRB registration » Must be able to work from heights & in confined spaces » Industrial and mechanically minded and willing to do on-call work » Knowledge of PLC systems & SMA Interbus is beneficial » Strong work ethic & strong ability to problem solve Please note: CentrePort operates a?24/7?shift rotation and candidates must be able to commit to shift work.
