No practice is required, but we need you to be reliable, physically fit and have an eye for detail. Sapphire Springs Holiday Park is surrounded by 32 hectares of native bush and has its own mineral pools complex on-site. Our large family park is just 5 minutes from Katikati town and 40 minutes from Tauranga. The function involves cleaning communal facilities blocks and accommodation to a high standard each morning. Having the capability to work independently, follow instructions and use your initiative are important qualities that We are seeking for. Once the cleaning is completed, on occasion there could be the opportunity for further hours completing grounds work or maintenance around the holiday park including gardening and painting for the right candidate. The pay is $20.00 per hour plus holiday pay. Hours will be 8 am to around 12 pm or until the everyday cleaning is completed, moving to 7.30 am starts over the peak holiday period. This would be atleast 5 days a week typically Saturday to Wednesday but on a changing roster, so the flexibility of working days and availcapability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential. There is no guarantee that you will receive consecutive days off each week, so you must be prepared to be flexible. candidates must: 1. Speak fluent English 2. Be a resident of NZ or have a valid work permit or visa 3. Have a current NZ driver's license. The capability to drive a manual vehicle is a bonus. Ideally, candidates will have their own accommodation in Katikati or nearby surrounding areas and your own reliable vehicle.
