The function
The Practice Manager sets the tone of the office by demonstrating how best to interact with patients and employees. Accomplishing goals, demonstrating respect, and making yourself available to your staff to create a positive and productive work environment. The Practice Manager function is critical in ensuring the continuing growth, profitcapability, and success of the practice.

tasks
• Continually review practice performance and implement activities to maximise revenue, profitcapability, and efficiency.
• Proactively monitor the delivery of outstanding patient practice.
• Provide continuing training and coaching.
• Recruit and onboard staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure all practice processes are efficient and effective.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture
• Ensure practice adherence to all legislative policies, procedures, and processes.

expertise & practice
• An knowledge of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, and profit & loss statements (beneficial).
• Several years’ practice managing teams.
• Proven capability and practice in providing coaching and continuing development.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven capability to manage large and busy workloads maintaining resilience under pressure.
• Strong computer expertise.
