You should have a calm manner, know how to work with 30/60/90 day ledgers, have accounts receivable experience, and most of all you should have common sense. You may come from a customer service background, call centre, or have managed a team previously. These skills will assist you within this job. There will be training given and you should come prepared with a positive attitude, along with a passion to get things done. You should also have excellent Excel skills - know how to use pivot tables and V-lookups.
