We work alongside families, early childhood educators, schools and other agencies in order to make a positive difference for children and young people. PB4L School Wideis a whole school approach to improving learner behaviour and achievement. School Wide Practitioners provide training and continuing coaching to School-Wide teams set up within the school. They work with these school teams to implement consistent and sustainable behaviour support systems that promote quality teaching and learning. We are pursuing a qualified and practiced specialist to join our school wide team in the Wellington Region. The prosperous applicant will be required to be located in the Wellington area. Our ideal candidate will have undertaken some post-graduate studies in behaviour management and be a Psychologist or Special Education Adviser. Candidates should have proven competence in adult learning, working with teachers in schools to reduce challenging student behaviours; be confident presenters and facilitators with groups of educators and demonstrate strong relationship management and influencing expertise.
