Forecasting customer volumes

Analysing the order profile of key customers
   »
Regularly monitoring order trends all over the day to quickly identify unexpected trends e.g. a customer is experiencing higher than usual volumes and therefore needs more resource dedicated towards them
   »
Regular productivity reporting
   »
Fulfilling ad hoc requests
   »
Drafting the labour allocation plan to ensure capability to meet expected volumes while maintaining an efficient cost base
   »
Utilising labour management tool to help make changes to teams all over the day

About you:
   »
You will have good excel expertise
   »
Analytically sound judgment to make big-picture decisions to meet customer obligations cost-efficiently
   »
Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise and process various workflows in a dynamic environment
   »
Advanced interpersonal expertise to problem solve in high-pressure situations
   »
Keen sense of initiative to identify and address issues as early as possible
   »
