The length of agreementcould be for 4 weeks or a couple of months in length with both full and part-time hours, depending on the reason for the temp request. Dependent on the function, tasks of a temp can include: » Respond to queries both internally and externally » Support Postgraduate and International students » Provide specific assistance to students studying in New Zealand and remotely » Provide wellbeing, pastoral care and learning support » Help identify students at risk as well as high achieving students » Assist with student enrolment, visa enquires » Assist in creating, implementing, and reviewing support plans » Handle and ensure that complaints and referrals are dealt with in a confidential, sensitive, and appropriate manner » Assist in planning and effectively undertaking responsive student recruitment activities (expos, and other events); » Assist Student Support team with administration tasks QualificationsHe k?rero m?u | About youOur ideal candidate understands what a student needs and has the energy to locate the right contact, department, or guidance material that will help them do what they have set out to do.
