We are pursuing a passion people leader who is seeking their next development opportunity to join our Business Partnership Operations team. You’ll be leading a team who are responsible for a range of processing activities and technical decisions across varied work streams for self-employed, small to medium size business customers. What we’re looking for: You will be able to hit the ground running and will have a great knowledge of complexities of team dynamics. You will also: » effectively build and foster positive team culture through strong coaching and team building » use performance and reporting to effectively plan resources and workloads where multiple priorities are running consecutively » have strong technical capabilities to support the team to resolve complex issues » be naturally curious and use initiative to help identify and surface improvement opportunities across the team » strong and engaging communication expertise. You will be one of three team leaders working collaboratively to ensure our business customers receive great service, our processes and ways of working are consistent, while always looking for opportunities to improve our customer practice.
