We are a leading nature lodge and working sheep farm, with a strong focus on practical conservation and sustaincapability. Our discerning guests choose to stay with us to practice high quality accommodation, food and hospitality but also to join our guided activities, be active in the outdoors, and lgain about nature. The function... We are pursuing a Second Chef to work alongside our very practiced Head Chef. Our restaurant offers guests breakfast, limited lunches and a ‘table of the house’ evening meal. You will work with high quality ingredients to produce wholesome tasty food using local ingredients where possible, including produce grown here on the farm. This is a great function to further develop your kitchen expertise and produce outstanding food.
