Business Analyst

The opportunity
With Agile practices firmly embedded in the Information technology domain using the SAFe framework, we are continuing our journey and are actively promoting agility right all over the Ministry. To support this transformation, We are seeking for skilledBusiness Analyst to join our team.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Play an active part as a member of an Agile Standing Team
   » Work on key Epics, Features and User Stories across a range of portfolios
   » Support and mentor your colleagues on Agile practices
   » Help grow the business' knowledge of Agile delivery
   » Actively participate in our Agile ceremonies
About you
This transformational environment can be both dynamic and challenging, therefore We are seeking for highly skilled professionals who are capable of navigating ambiguity and thrive in the fast-paced, changing nature of our work. You will need to wholeheartedly embrace the Agile way of working and model the right behaviour for you peers and colleagues.
Ideally you will have a background in websites and/or user practice/service design along with other digital applications like apps, CRMs, CMSs. You will need to be able to deliver requirements to include users and user rationale balanced against business results. Have a pragmatic approach to the task at hand and able to collaborate and deliver continuous improvement.
You will have:
   » practice working as a BA or Senior Web BA or in a similar function.
   » The capability to deal with ambiguity and work in transformational environment.
   » Demonstrated practice self-managing and prioritising your work
   » Strong relationship, collaboration and stakeholder management expertise
   » practice working in an Agile environment
   » A pragmatic, solution-focused approach to delivery
