Leading a full-time team of three, you will be responsible for the prosperous delivery of New Zealand's largest arts education and community engagement programme, including the National Youth Orchestra, Setting Up Camp, Open Doors and our conductors' Fellowship Programme among hundreds of other events which engage children, families, music students young and old, and communities across Aotearoa. You will also play a key function in developing and managing partnerships with both national and international reach, including with international orchestras and planning residencies for the orchestra in Tonga and Samoa in 2023-2024.
